What stands in your way

Each level asks one thing of you: reach the end. Getting there means running, jumping and dodging through a course built to stop you. Some of the danger is in the footing, with icy slides and slippery ice paths. Elsewhere the threat is heat, with burning lava and lava-filled volcanoes. Then there are water traps, deadly skeletons and horror mazes where it is easy to lose your way, and the game flags trampolines, spinning traps and hidden paths as things to keep an eye on. Mysterious portals turn up too. With WASD to move and Space to jump, it helps to look at what is coming before you commit, and the mouse wheel lets you zoom out for a wider view.

Regions, secrets and shortcuts

The levels are spread across regions that climb from simple to brutally hard, so the early stages give you room to learn the controls before the extreme ones arrive. There is more to find than the main route, too: a little dragon hidden somewhere, trophies to collect, and secret shortcuts and bonus zones to unlock. The shortcuts fit the other challenge the game sets, which is to find the fastest path through each stage and show off your skills.

Friends and devices

Multiplayer is built in, so the course does not have to be a solo effort, and the game pitches itself at players who enjoy obby-style maps, parkour, secrets and adventure. On a computer, Tab pauses and Shift controls the cursor. On a phone, the on-screen interface takes the place of the keyboard.
