About Speed per Click: Obby
Speed per Click: Obby mixes a clicker with an obstacle course. Every click adds to your character's speed, and that speed goes with you onto parkour tracks full of jumps and awkward moves, where running faster means clearing levels sooner.
Clicking for speed
The clicker half is straightforward. Each click earns speed, and the aim is to keep accelerating far beyond where you started. Pets push this further: you can buy them, and they raise the amount of speed a single click gives you, which is exactly what the name refers to. More speed per click means fewer clicks to reach the same pace, and a higher pace means beating levels faster, which is why pets are worth buying.
The obby side
The other half is an obby in the familiar blocky style. Tracks are laid out as parkour challenges that ask for well-placed jumps and some tricky manoeuvring, and the speed you have built up is what lets you finish them sooner. On a computer you steer with WASD and jump with Space. On mobile, a joystick and a jump button do the same jobs, and a swipe across the screen rotates the camera so you can look ahead before committing to a jump.
Wins, locations and rebirths
Along the way you gather wins, open up fresh locations and improve your skills, so there is more than one place to run. The rebirth system adds a longer loop on top of that. Performing a rebirth hands you bonuses, after which you work your speed up again, this time with those bonuses on your side. Put together, the game moves in a circle: click for speed, buy pets to make each click count for more, clear parkour tracks, collect wins, then rebirth and start speeding up once more.
