عن The Floor Is Lying
The Floor Is Lying is a platformer from neonmangogames in which the level itself is out to get you. Safe-looking ground vanishes, friendly arrows steer you onto spikes, and even the exit may not be where it seems.
Nothing is what it says
Every level is built to mislead. The route that looks obvious is the one where the floor gives way beneath you, and the arrow that seems to be helping walks you straight into spikes. Even reaching the goal carries a catch, because the exit is not guaranteed to be in the place it claims. The game tells the truth about one thing only, and that is your controls. They do exactly what you ask, while almost everything else on screen is setting you up.
Dying is how you learn
There are forty levels, and the promise is that every one of them can be learned. Traps kill you instantly and you reappear immediately, so there is no waiting between a failed attempt and the next. More usefully, each trap shows you precisely what it did. A death becomes information: you now know which piece of floor disappears or which arrow is lying, and the following run can go around it. The description talks about beating each level out of spite, and the fast retry loop suits that mood.
Honest handling
Because the levels cheat, the movement does not. The jump includes coyote time, the short grace window that still lets you jump just after stepping off a ledge, and collision is honest, so a hit only counts when something really touches you. When you drop through a floor, you can be sure it was a trap and not a missed input, which is what makes each lesson worth keeping.
The Daily Gauntlet
Alongside the forty levels sits the Daily Gauntlet, a set of five levels that rotates. It keeps streaks for players who return, and it records the runs with the fewest deaths, which rewards clearing a stage cleanly rather than simply getting through it.

الأسئلة الشائعة
- What happens when you die in The Floor Is Lying?
- You are straight back in. Deaths happen instantly and so do respawns, and every trap makes it plain what it just did to you, so the next attempt can avoid it.
- How many levels does it have?
- Forty, and each one can be learned. The Daily Gauntlet adds a rotating set of five levels, with streaks and records for the fewest deaths.
- Are the controls part of the trick?
- No. The levels deceive you but the handling does not. Jumps come with coyote time and collisions play fair, so a fall is always the level's doing.
